If you have not downloaded any packs yet, we can help you downgrade your membership from Partner to Brand. Email us at support@socialmotionpacks.com.
You can always access your previously downloaded packs in the "My Packs" section of your user dashboard.
We'll be sad to see you go! But if you must, you can cancel your membership anytime in the "Profile & Membership" section of your user dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
